How the Process Works

Quick Change Pump System installed in running position on test stand
Step 1: Unplug air line and loosen 4 easy grip knobs (15 seconds)
Step 2: Slide the pump away from the manifold (5 seconds)
Step 3: Remove the pump from the area and set it aside for maintenance (10 seconds)
Notice ink lines are still intact, resulting in a clean exchange
Step 4: Retrieve spare pump from assigned storage near machine (10 seconds)
Step 5: Slide spare pump onto guides (5 seconds)
Step 6: Tighten 4 easy grip knobs and replace air line (10 seconds)
Pump returned to Running Position on Test Stand in 60 Seconds
